The latest release makes Kubeterm fully keyboard-driven on desktop: a command palette on ⌘K / Ctrl+K, j/k row navigation in resource tables, and shortcuts to open YAML, logs, a shell, or the file browser in the current tab or a new one. Pod and workload lists now show CPU and memory usage bars against requests and limits, and TLS verification can be skipped per cluster.

Is Kubeterm free?
Kubeterm is free on macOS, Windows, and Linux — no account, no trial period, and no feature gates. The iOS and Android apps are a paid subscription; current pricing is shown on the App Store and Google Play listings.
Does Kubeterm need anything installed in my cluster?
No. Kubeterm runs entirely on your device and talks to the Kubernetes API directly, so there is no agent, operator, or Helm chart to deploy cluster-side and nothing to uninstall if you stop using it.
Where are my cluster credentials stored?
On your device, in the platform keychain. Credentials and kubeconfig files are never transmitted to a Kubeterm server, and every API call goes straight from your device to your cluster. Individual clusters can also be locked behind Face ID. More in the security documentation.
Which clusters and clouds does Kubeterm work with?
Any Kubernetes cluster you can reach. Kubeterm signs in natively to AWS EKS, Google GKE, Azure AKS, and DigitalOcean, authenticates any cluster through OIDC, and discovers kubeconfig files automatically on desktop. See multi-cloud support.
Which AI models does the assistant use?
You bring your own key for OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or DeepSeek. The assistant reads live cluster state — manifests, events, and logs — to explain failing workloads, and is read-only until you grant it wider permissions. See AI assistance.
Does Kubeterm support Helm, Argo CD, and Flux CD?
Yes, all three, in a single Applications section. Helm releases have a full lifecycle with an Artifact Hub chart browser, and Argo CD and Flux CD application status is read straight from the cluster API with no extension to install. See application management.
